Online Marketing Manager
We're looking for an enthusiastic Online Marketing Executive / Account Manager to join our team. Managing multiple accounts, researching client briefs, working with the creative and technical teams you will be excellent at multitasking and an effective communicator. You will be proactive in the online marketing communications and you will be expected to manage the client from brief to completion through the project process.
The ideal person will have previous digital agency experience, and will be fluent in digital, Internet and new media. A strategic role, you will be providing solutions to clients whilst showing your enthusiasm for this medium. An understanding of SEO, PPC, usability, analytics, tracking and measurements is crucial at this management level, and you must understand a strong Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) skills.
You will be required to work the full life cycle of client's online marketing campaigns and liaise with the design and development teams to create exceptional online solutions that work for our clients.
You will be planning and designing campaigns, then executing and managing the campaign throughout. You will be required to manage, prepare analytical reports and advising best practice for search engine optimisation.
You'll need to be a hard worker, willing to pitch in when required, with strong written English copywriting skills, strong analytical understanding and the confidence to deal with senior members of our clients.
The Role
- Account management for some of agency's key client projects
- Project management from briefing to completion
- Client relations development
- Overseeing all digital campaign projects including: SEO, PPC, online media marketing campaigns etc.
- Strategy development and pushing digital marketing solutions
- Vital role in pitching for new business
- Full client reporting / analysis
- Some development of existing and new business
Required experience
- 2-3 years digital account and online marketing management including at least one year experience of search engine optimisation and pay per click management
- Relationship building and ability to develop new business opportunities for both established and new accounts
- Ability to work in a very fast paced agency
- Solid digital marketing experience and understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior Web Designer
Have you got an immaculate attention to detail, bundles of creative flair and a passion for quality design?
We are currently looking for a really talented senior web designer who can help us win awards, improve our capabilities further and help us win new clients.
The role includes creating interface designs for websites, presentations, CD-Roms, games and some online advertising assets. We are looking for a designer with experience of full online design/development lifecycle from creative concept development and pitch to completion. You will be expected to work alongside designers, account managers, developers and clients.
Applicants must have at least minimum of three years’ commercial experience of designing high quality websites and presentations for high profile clients. With an excellent portfolio of work, the successful candidate will have a full working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver (including HTML and CSS) and Flash.
